Our new laminated double bass "Robusto" features nicely flamed wood and is extremely light due to innovative manufacturing techniques. The neck has been carefully graded for easy playability and the fingerboard is ebony. The tuners are reliable and smooth-running tyrolean machine heads by the company Rubner from Markneukirchen. Every instrument is well set-up for easy playability. Our Robusto double bass has a wonderfully warm and full sound and is available in 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 7/8 sizes. For a small surcharge the instrument can be installed with any Pirastro or Thomastik strings.
