Rights of Refund
Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal term starts on the day of receipt of the goods by either you or a recipient named by you who is not the deliverer.

You may use the following sample withdrawal form, however this is not compulsory.

To make use of your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal term.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse any payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you select a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us) without delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the notice of withdrawal from this contract. For the reimbursement we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract to Mastri GmbH, Eubabrunner Str. 17, 08258 Markneukirchen, Deutschland, E-Mail: info@bassico.eu, Tel.: +49(0)374 22 / 40 59 65, Fax: +49(0)374 22 / 40 59 67). The deadline is deemed to be met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day deadline. You will bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to any use or handling of the goods which is not necessary to verify the condition, features and functioning of the goods.
